Ran a scan on 2.0.2.1012 and it helped re-enable Malicious Website Protection

Went to run a scan...received a message that my malwarebytes database was corrupted...so I re-downloaded it.  Then ran the scan.  After that...went back and hit the fix button on the Malicious Website issue and everything went green.  Wonder if something is bad with the database?

Same here (Mal website prot auto disabled):

First clicked Update now - reports: no update

Then clicked Scan now - scan failed

Then click Update now, again - that triggered a short download

Then hit Scan now, again - full scan executed (takes time)

Hit Fix Now - worked! all green!

and BTW - just because I don't have 10 posts I can't copy paste within this forum or even start new topic!

this is silly - I could provide an intermediate solution with my reply above..until tech department finds an official solution..

For anyone still having problems with Malicious Website Protection:

1. Update the database (Dashboard > Update Now) ... it should update to v2014.10.14.04

2. From the system tray, exit Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

3. From the start menu (or desktop icon), restart Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

This should fix the problem.  If this (or any other problem remains), please create a SEPARATE forum post.  Let's close this one and move on.
