Anti-Root kit 20026 Error

This has been documented in various places but I read you want "one user per thread".  Based on the questions asked in other threads:

        SERVICE_EXIT_CODE  : 0  (0x0)
        CHECKPOINT         : 0x0
        WAIT_HINT          : 0x0
No RAID; I have Truecrypt installed but no volume-level encryption and no Truecrypt volumes are mounted.
Avast antivirus (free version)
I uninstalled and reinstalled MWB -

Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and then restart the computer.

Next, download the latest Release Candidate of MBAM from here


Then check for updates and do not run a scan yet. After the installation and update check please restart the computer.

After the computer restart please do the following and let us know how it goes.

Please open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and from the Dashboard please Check for Updates by clicking the Update Now... link

Open up Malwarebytes > Settings > Detection and Protection > Enable Scan for rootkits, Under Non Malware Protection set both PUP and PUM to Treat detections as malware.

Click on the SCAN button and run a Threat Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware by clicking the Scan Now>> button. Remove any threats found

Once completed please click on the History > Application Logs and find your scan log and open it and then click on the "copy to clipboard" button and post back the results on your next reply.
