MBAE V1.05.1.1004 Beta noticeabley slows IE 11 opening

This is on Windows 8.1.1 x64 Professional with IE 11 as the only browser.  My system is a Dell XPS 8700 SE with 24 gbytes RAM, SSDs and an Intel i7-4770 CPU, 3.40 GHz so it has a lot of horsepower. 

 

Upgraded MBAE Premium 1.04 with 1.05.1004.  There is a noticeable slowdown in the initial opening of IE 11.  Once IE 11 is open, it seems to respond without any slowdown.

I have the same issue with IE 11 when using MBAE 1.05 in Windows 7 (I also have the same issue with Google Chrome 64-bit with both 1.05 and 1.04).
