Random blue screens, can't run MB scan, sysWOW64 present

Hi,

 

HP Laptop running Win 7 64 bit pro.

Blue screens, crashes and warnings about there being no guarantee that the website I am viewing is secure.

Running Avast premium and also Malwarebytes pro running but Avast said everything was fine yet Malwarebytes won't run, so I deleted the MB. Now when I go to download MB and reinstall, it isn't allowed, citing problems with the site's security certificate. Big headache.
