Hello and :welcome: :

Please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

Depending on what the logs show, we may suggest upgrading to the new public beta version.

It has fixed many issues for many users.

But let's see what the logs show, first, please.

Thanks,

Hi:

Please try to be patient.
This is the weekend, and it may be a short while before the staff and forum experts have a chance to review your logs.

Preliminary review does show that the system is having some issues (failed Windows updates and some other anomalies).

If you wish to try a clean upgrade to the new public beta version while you await formal review of your logs...
Information and the download link are here: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0.3 Beta 1
Known issues are here: Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 2.0.3 Beta 1 - Known Issues
If you do, it would probably be a good idea to cleanly upgrade, following the basic sequence here: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x (you would substitute the version 2.0.3 beta installer instead of the 2.0.2 installer at the appropriate step).

And if the clean upgrade doesn't resolve your issue, it would greatly help us to see a fresh set of diagnostic logs requested above, in step #2.

If you need to run the tools again, please place a check-mark in the "Addition.txt" option before running FRST again.

Thanks for your patience,

Thanks for the updated info.

Sorry it's still not working.

Please wait for one of the staff to formally review your logs and advise you on the next steps.

It will likely entail posting over in another area of the forum to run some deeper scans of the system.

Such work is not permitted in this particular area.

Thanks for your patience.

Did you update to the latest release candidate of Malwarebytes? If you can you ru-run the tools and repost the logs for review?

Also just so you know Malwarebytes is NOT an antivirus program nor a replacement for one. You still need to run an up to date antivirus program.
