Wife downloaded malware/virus cut the rope..is it gone?

My wife tried to downloadsome program to watch sports and unintentionally got some package of viruses. (She is now punished from my computer for life HAHA).

 

I first downloaded Kapersky that didnt find anything. WHat she downloaded was the only changes made to the computer on 10/4/2014 or any date close to that. SO I went into the uninstall program option and uninstalled everything that showed a date of installation as 10/4/2014.

 

I still had the cut the rope desktop icon remaining which I know showed up woth several others that were now gone. So I restored my computer to the previous restore point of a microsoft critical update of 9-27-2014.

 

Now the Cut the rope icon was a white blank page instead of a game appearance. Like a dummy I clicked on the white page and it tried to open and a bunch of flash pop us screens showed up none long enough for me to read but almost appeared like a DOS screen for a split second. It didnt open and remained whit in appearance. Here is the url when i click the properties on the shortcut. I then came across this site and ran several scans and cleaners it told me to run.

 

I ran Malwarebytes Antimalware

 

I then ran ADW Cleaner by xplode

 

I then ran ESET Online scanner to create a log and then ran it again using th remove option.

 

I then ran FRST ...I did not use the fix option from a list I found here bc I was not sure if that Fix list was a general list or specific to that persons PC or problem.

 

I have attached the logs of each scan in a txt file.

 

The cut the rope shortcut is still on my desktop but is still blank instead of a cartoon game style icon it was previously. My question is foirst is it gone or my pc clean and second should i just delete the shortcut from my desktop or should it be removed when the system is completely clean and how do i do it?
