Manually starting real time scanning

Hello Sheldon.

 

Yes it can.  Click on the Desktop shortcut for the Anti-Malware.

What version of Windows is on this box, b.t.w.?

Also, there are ways to start it off the Windows run option, but the desktop shortcut should suffice.

 

I cant tell why you said "realtime" scanning?   If the program is just in Free use mode, it is just a on-demand scanner and cant provide you the "realtime protections".   What I suggested above is for on-demand scanning.

 

p.s.s. Please describe what you need to do.
