Not sure what has happened need help

I noticed today that it hadn't loaded,so I double clicked the icon,nothing!! So I Unistalled it,then reinstalled it and got the attached error all the way through the install Then it finished installing ,with icon , so tried again double clicking it,and again nothing!!! What do I do ??!!

If you want to consider using the beta version 2.0.3 ( which fixes a number of issues ) then stop and let me know.

You should also tell me the background history about this.  Is this the first time to install the Anti-Malware?

Has this box a recent history of infection issues?
