Malwarebytes not launching, but can't uninstall it.

Recommended Posts

I bought a lifetime MBAM premium key from amazon.com, and I've used it to activate the copy of MBAM I have installed on my pc. After having the software work for quite a while, I came to see I'd lost my .txt file including the key. I didn't think much of it at the time as MBAM was working just fine, but recently it's stopped launching, but I don't want to uninstall it as I'm afraid it will de-activate my copy of the product and I will be unable to  re-activate it as I can't recover the keys.

(I've been using MBAM after the update where the keys were encrypted, so I'm not able to just recover them from the registry.)

Any help that could be offered would be VERY appreciated, I'm really hoping the MBAM team's got a way to help me out here.
