Update error and now lost software

Tried to fix update error and lost software.  Did system restore and nothing!!!   Keeps giving me errors saying your system is out of date.  Folks I should not have to be fixing this my self since I paid for it.  I keep sending emails and get no answers makes me think no one is home.

anyone know an answer please let me know at

If you lost your ID and License Key then send an email to: cs@cleverbridge.com

When you get the email Print it out

Malwarebytes Tech support does not have any access to, or information pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.

You may also try and look up your product info by using your registered email address HERE or HERE
