Amazon 1Button App for Chrome

I installed this today since I do quite a lot of business on Amazon. When my MBAM ran it's scan this evening, of course it found a whole slew of PUP entries for this item.

 

Am I creating a risk for myself by running this app or would it be okay for me to tell MBAM to create a rule for it?

 

I just closed out MBAM and didn't take any action at all at this time so I will wait to hear advice from this forum.

The Research Team will analyze the information and advise you as to whether those detections are appropriate.
