Malwarebytes won't run, Chameleon hangs

I suspect a virus or malware on a server running windows Server 2008 R2.  I downloaded, installed, and attempted to run the latest version of Malwarebytes.  It installed OK but won't run.  I downloaded Chameleon, placed the chameleon folder on the desktop opened the chm help, clicked the Chameleon #1 button, got the dos window.  It has been sitting for 45 minutes after reporting

I tried to close the dos box, but it will not close.

 

Can you help me?
