MBAM encountered a problem and needs to close

When I got up this morning, there was a popup message in the taskbar from MBAM saying that a threat had been detected. Whwn I clicked on the "Click here" field, I got the MBAM "Potential Threats Detected" screen showing one PUP. When I clicked on the Quarantine button, I got an error message saying that MBAM had detected a problem and needed to close.

 

 

When I clicked on the "click here" field, I got this:

 

 

And when I clicked on the first "click here" field, I got this:

 

 

I was unable to find the "bb02_accompat.txt" file to attach.

 

Now MBAM is "not responding". I can't run the quarantine and I can't close it. Should I force it, reboot, and rerun it?

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
