infection -- was using exclusions

I was redirected to this forum.  Log files attached.

 

I think I figured out the remaining problem -- seems the malware had listed itself in the exclusions.  However, once I removed those exclusions scan still came out clean, so I think I may have gotten everything manually.

 

scan5.txt is the latest scan, done after all exclusions were removed.

 

The addtion.txt, checkresults.txt and frst.txt were generated before I removed the exclusions and ran the last scan.  Please let me know if there is anything in there other than the exclusions that still indicates a threat.  Thanks!
