Avast Internet security scaning

when i clicked the quick scan by avast internet security antivirus. then it detected something recognized as threat.

 

so are they a "threat " or not?

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

This is actually the "questions" area for Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit (MBAE)*.

So, if you think you might be infected, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help >>AND<< the preliminary steps to take to expedite the process.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.

 

OTOH, if you think the files may be "false positives" (IOW files that Avast should not be detecting), then that would need to be reported to the Avast Support folks.

Cannot tell by name alone but that service you're running shows that the computer is actively stealing and pirating software from Microsoft.
