Backdoor bot help needed

so i ran a malawarebytes scan today and it detected a Backdoor.bot.

 

i have heard that its a very dangerous malaware should i be worried ? is there anything i should do about it? please help

oh and by the way i quarantined the malaware but i am afraid i might not be safe
