Hello my name is Marco Bellosi,

I have been struggling wit a problem now for a while and I have tried many different ways of fixing this problem all on my own with no success.  My laptop will randomly get latency spikes and I can't find the caus of it no matter what I do. I have Avast Anti Virus Premium, I also have Malware Bytes Pro and when I run a scan on either or I get no results showing I have a virus. I just ran a rogue killer scan and this was my result,
