Can't Scan

I am trying to open malwarbytes to scan my computer and it won't open.  I tried using the Chameleon and it scans it and then says it is removing or killing any malware and then it says "failed to scan".  I don't know what to do.

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)
