Malwarebytes won't run, was told it was because of a Virus

So, I created a topic basically saying that every time I open Malwarebytes and try to scan something or update it will crash, I was asked to get some files from these other things I had to download and I did and was told that there is a virus on my computer which is preventing me from opening Malwarebytes. I was told to come here and I would be helped in the process of removing it.

Hello Cole and sorry for the delay. As was explained there is limited resources and we are simply swamped with too many requests for help than can be addressed as quickly as we'd like to.
I can certainly help you get your computer cleaned up. These settings are not supposed to be there and the computer is infected.
AppInit_DLLs-x32: => "" File Not Found
IFEO\bitguard.exe: [Debugger] tasklist.exe
IFEO\bprotect.exe: [Debugger] tasklist.exe
IFEO\bpsvc.exe: [Debugger] tasklist.exe
IFEO\browserdefender.exe: [Debugger] tasklist.exe
IFEO\browserprotect.exe: [Debugger] tasklist.exe
etc, etc.
Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop.
NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64 and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work.

NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system.

Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait.
If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart.
The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt). Please attach or post it to your next reply.

Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version.
