Malwarebytes crashes during scan: Heuristic Analysis

My malwarebytes keeps crashing (not responding) during the scan, at the Heuristic Analysis part. I don't know what I should do. I've done the diagnostics thing. 

 

Please, can someone help me?

Have you added any exclusions to Norton? If you fully disable Norton does MBAM still crash?

I think it may have been Norton. When I tried scanning with Norton turned off yesterday, it still crashed. However, later that night, I retried scanning once again and started watching a film. I'm not sure if I turned Norton off, but MBAM did not crash that time. Just tried scanning again with Norton turned off, and MBAM didn't crash again. I'll try scanning with Norton turned on again, see if that works.

Hmm, it still works even with Norton turned on.
