Malware Byets stopped working. Also - Picasa and Eraser

I have a new computer, Windows 7 64 bit.  After I download Malware Bytes, it will scan, but then it will not fix problems, nor can I update definitions.  I've tried several times to fix it.  I have the same problem with Picasa and Eraser.  I've run other fixes and other malware products (ADW, JRT, and Hitman), and although they have found a ton of junk and removed it, MB still does not run.  Attached are the logs.
