Malwarebytes is blocking all my internet access while malicious website protection is active.

The logs indicate that the computer has some type of infection. I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.
 

Also, your uTorrent program probably contacts untrusted networks and that will also cause blocks. Please follow the advice above and post those logs in the other forum and let someone help you further.

I bought malwarebytes for like 3 computers. I still have xp computer & win 7 computer. My sister also has win7 comp & she was having trouble, so I told her to download & install malwarebytes & run it.  She did and found problems. Then she was not on the computer the next day called me and said she could not get internet access, although connected to her router. Well I decided to run malwarebytes on my win7 and sure enough the same thing happened. LUCKY me, I went back in & restored all of it and restarted. It didn't work at first, so I shut it off for the night & this morning I am now back online.  BUT my poor (not too smart) sis went ahead and did a system restore on her computer and is on the way to take it to a repair shop.I am VERY hopeful she will get my txt msg & do the restore.  NOTE: the scan results was predominately something called Smarter Starter. I have win 7 Pro, sis has win 7 Ultimate. Here is a copy of the scan results from my computer.
