AVG does not like Malwarebytes...

I recently upgraded my AVG to the AVG internet security from AVG antivirus. I did have malewarbytes installed with the AVG antivirus. But after the upgrade, my internet will not work if Malwarebytes is installed. I have tried adding the exceptions like the FAQ sections says to do, but it still does not fix the problem. What do I need to do to fix this? As soon as I uninstall Malwarebytes, my internet works fine.
