I have a subscription to MB how do I reinstall it

I have a subscription to malwarebytes.  It worked fine for quite a while.  Today I tried opening it and it wouldn't open.  I get the windows box that gives me the option of checking online for a solution but nothing happens.  I ran all 13 versions of Camilion and kept getting the message unrecognized packer format 4e34.  Any ideas?

I have a paid subscription to MB and it worked fine.  Now it won't turn on.  How do I reinstall the paid version?
