start up unreadable disc's problem

Recently Malwarebytes changed their format, and I had been using the free version for along time but had to re install Malwarebytes. But the free version did not seem to exist anymore. I had to install the trial. But eventually found the free one. It looked very different than it did before, and after I did a scan, I had to talk  to somone, and after about thirty minutesI camebacktothecomputer. It had a few things they said  wereproblems,so I deleted them. he next week I did another but this time therewerenoproblems. When I didthe restart, my computer saidit could not start without runningadisc scan, and vfound 4 unreadable files.   I had no idea what was happening,overand overagain itran thosescans, and it said I could cancel them butdidnbot say how. So I found out by tyapping repoeatedly on the enter buttonbit wo9uld notrun the scan. But alsomy microsopft keyboardstopped workingright, the B and the M not working which is why I am usingthis garbage. I tried system restore but it would notallow it for the same reason. It said those filels were in C.

 

Then microsoft toldme to install acleaner kit  and it would takecare of the problem. But7 a thing called reg curewasinstalled, and iot is justr amoneytaking machinse.

 

I am thepastor of a ministry that puts my life in danger constantly, as the work I do not even cops wantto do. I make no money, andf cannot pay for having somethign  done. 

 

Thjis is a Gateway mini tower windows 7 with 640 GB hard drive and 6 GB ram.  The only other reaL PROBLEM THAT EVER HAPPENED WAS LAST dECEMBER THE RANSOM THING HIT ME WANTING 500 BUCKS. i JUST SAID GOOD BYETO ALL MY WORK OF THREE YEARS.  tHe CAP THING MALFUNCTIONS ON THIS KEYboard. thankyyou Firefox. I am this moment following yopur advice,however,I have had tostop as after running the May\lwarebytes quick scan  I realized  I have never known what to do next. Am I suppopsed to quiarentee everything? I have asked peopel and places, and never recaived answers. So I am just going to suspend my computer and the propcedure right here until I know what a person is supposed to do. If you see this in the dayu today  I hope you have a chance to get  with me and give me an idea. I will pose the questionb also in yahoo answers, of course three out of four answers will either have me burning in hell forever, or bowing to a voodoo goddess.  thankyou for your help
