Eset NOD 32 and Malwarebytes in the same computer, is it bad?

I have windows 7 system and have had Eset NOD 32 anti virus for many years, I like it and I have used free Malwarebytes for occasional scans and like it. Now I have the Pro version and it runs all the time, I think, along with NOD 32, does it slow down my computer, should I turn one off?

I am not a dedicated supporter but if your computer isn't super old and slow you should be able to run both at the same time just fine.
