Issues with hide.me (VPN) and MWbytes

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could help me with a Malwarebytes / VPN (hide.me) issue.

I used to connect to the internet via hide.me. Hide.me is a VPN provider. The connection was easy set up, fast and reliable until I installed the program Malwarebytes. From that instant on, access to the internet via VPN was no longer possible. Opera says: “Unable to connect to proxy server.”, Chrome does the same thing. Any help on how I can get the two working together is greatly appreciated.Cheers Dirk
