MB Premium's Compatibility with MSE -- Confirmed?

I have been running MB Premium and Microsoft Security Essentials for sometime -- without any apparent issues.  What concerns me is Microsoft's consistent warning that multiple real-time AV programs should not be run simultaneously.

 

Again, my PC -- Windows 7 Professional 64-bit -- seems to work just fine with both AV programs running together.

 

I know this issue has been kicked around for sometime, but I guess I'm looking for some consensus.

Forgive my ignorance.  The questions remains -- are they compatible?

Yes.  Malwarebytes plays well with most anti-virus programs.  This includes Microsoft Security Essentials.
