It sounds like you are infected with a Crypto Trojan which encrypts data files and holds them for ransom.

*** Please note.  Under this situation, IFF you are infected with a file encrypting ransomware, there is a possibility that all your data files that have been encrypted may be lost because they may not be able to be decrypted.
