On Boot : Protection Disabled > Malicious Website Protection Disabled

This only started happening in the last two days.

 

Upon boot the program starts fine and then moments later reports "Malicious Website Protection Disabled".

 

Trying to enable it doesn't work.

 

Rebooting the program works for a moment then it is reported again.

 

I am running eset nod32 and thought that might be a conflict point.

 

To test ... I turn off eset and reboot MBAM and I still get the same error.

 

How does one trouble shoot such problems?

I should mention that I am running Win7 64bit.

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Thanks Firefox... that seems to have nailed it in one.

 

Might have been a file corruption somewhere.

 

After my clean and re-install everything looks fine now.
