Backdoor.Bot - possibly false positives?

I did a threat scan and it found two Backdoor.Bot infections. I then ran a custom scan for the entire C: drive and it found two more. I suspected false positives due to three of them being related to ASUS screen saver, so I scanned all four with Virustotal and only Malwarebytes listed them as infections. Although with two of the files, it was listed as clean even by Malwarebytes, which is strange when my own scans said differently.

 

I'm attaching the scan logs from Malwarebytes. Are these false positives?
