is malwarebytes anti-malware able to detect and remove NSA's backdoors?

hi,

    i am a user of malwarebytes anti-malware, and i am very impressed with its detection engine and i must say the developer are doing a great job . i am a bit of geek and i had red articles about NSA's surveillance act and the article from "heise" which says (in short and what i concluded) that NSA's backdoors are built into windows by microsoft

so i was wondering if malwarebytes anti-malware is able to detect and remove NSA's backdoors?
