What do you mean "is it a virus" ?  It is an IP address.

Is there malicious activity at that IP ?  I don't know.

We will wait for Steven and/or Andrew to reply.

i mean like if i get those pop ups is it a virus or not or just a warning ? can it give me malicious stuff

An IP address is like a Phone Number.

Someone dialed out to a phone number that is on a list.  We don't know if the phone number is for a Hospital or if is the number of a local gangster.  At this point we only have the phone number.  We will wait for Steven and/or Andrew who will look at a Phone Directory and see what the phone number is being flagged for.  Then they would see if it is a current or past problem.  If it is a past problem that was corrected, they will pull the number from their directory.  If they see that there is an ongoing problem, then it will not be removed from the list.

We will wait for Steven and/or Andrew to reply.

f/p (FP, F/P) are shorthand notations for False Positive.  Steven (MysteryFCM) has indicated the IP Address in question is not a False Positive.  That means there is a justification in MBAM blocking ingress/egress to that address.

Since you have related it is a Steam game and associated with P2P activity just note that Steam is tryin to communicate with the site but that does not indicate you are infected or you may get infected with said communication.

In this case I suggest you continue to allow MBAM to block the site and just ignore the associated Pop-Ups.
