Cloudfire CAPTCHA activating / MBAM Won't Update or RealTime Protect

So recently moved and made the mistake of logging in some dodgy hotels/airports and it looks like I've caught a bug.

1) Cloudfire is requiring me to enter a captcha at their websites

2) Start up is slow, with screen going black at times

3) MBAM can't access update server

4) Real Time protection won't enable on MBAM

5) MBAM scanning significantly fewer files than before.

I also can no longer access my old logs. I used Adwcleaner and removed RocketTab. Not sure how that got on. I also ran scans with Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool and MSE, and got zero found items.

I've ran a scan and here it is, but again, it doesn't scan nearly as many files as it would have. I have a Premium account fwiw.
