Slow machine, lots of com surrogate processes, avg positives

This machine had a few annoying toolbars installed so I ran malwarebytes to remove that and a few other things. It has a current AVG install. The real issue is these COM surrogate dllhost processes that seem to be eating excessive memory and the machine is generally slow despite usable specs.

After poking the dllhost processes with processexplorer I noticed they were connecting to malware urls/ips. A google search revealed this was related to the Poweliks trojan. I removed the trojan with RoguekillerX64.
