I am getting 'stolen.data' files with every daily scan

I have a Hp Touchsmart i5, 14gb system running Win 7 that has progressively slowed to a crawl. A scheduled daily scan reveals 'stolen.data' that gets quarantined but keeps returning. 

 

Can anyone help me sort this out please
