chrome just works with no sandbox options

Hi,

I am having this problem from a week and I couldn't find the solution

 

Chrome suddenly stopped loading pages, even settings and plugins.

I tried uninstalling it and re installing it a lot but still have the problem.

I tried almost all the malweare programs and I still have the problem.

my computer is healthy, always up to date.

I have a lot of programs like Visual Studio 2012, Oracle 11g server, SQL server 2008, eclipse, Android studio, python ... vmware and everyting is working perfectly.

even when windows start up, it start up very quickly.
