2014.09.11.06 definition set lead to false positives on MBAM installer

Somewhat amusingly the 2014.09.11.06 definition set resulted in the detection of a freshly downloaded MBAM installer (mbam-setup-2.0.2.1012.exe) as well as an older FileZilla installer.  Log file and copy of the executable that triggered the false positive are attached.

 

Just tried the 2014.09.11.08 definitions with the same results.  It looks like MBAM is flagging installers as it also picked up an Adobe Reader installer that I put on the system after the the initial MBAM scan.
