In-place upgrade (Free) 1.03 -> 1.04: reboot needed?

I was just not notified about it, but am in the middle of stuff.

So, I declined the upgrade for now, in order to take the upgrade at a more convenient time.

I have installed it on two computers and it did not ask for a restart... these were Premium versions...

Yes, you can manually install the 1.04 installer and run it to upgrade your 1.03 version.
