I do not see this package deal sale offered anywhere on the company website. You can only accept this sale deal through the E-mail. (@gonzo is STAFF/moderator, so he would know and, he replied in the affirmative >>here<<) The newsletter/email distribution is likely throttled, so it would not be expected for all 20 million customers to receive it at the same time.Therefore, because "we" others have not gotten it does not mean it's not legit.
