Unable to run scan with Malwarebytes

Normally, we would also like to see the log from the other diagnostic scanner, mbam-check, as explained here: Diagnostic Logs


However, your FRST logs show that you are infected.

The malware could be interfering with MBAM.

So, the first priority is to get cleaned up.


We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
It explains the options for free, expert help, AND the preliminary steps to take to expedite the process.

EDIT: As you have already run FRST, you just need to start a new topic in the malware removal section (and please include the same scan logs when you do).
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process and with getting MBAM up and running.

What specifics can you provide?  What does "Unable to run scan" entail?   the what / how / where of the issue.

Does it mean you cant start the program at all?

Can start but it does ......xyz


Does it mean it "aborts"?   It's best to provide some decent amount of detail.
