Hello and :welcome: , lalali

Let's start with these steps:

  • Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
  • If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
  • NOTE: There is an FAQ section with valuable information located here - Common Questions, Issues, and their Solutions

Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks,

hello Daledoc1,

thank you very much for your informations.

i´ll try to work through points 1 (& 2) .

to point 3:

i´m sorry for not reading FAQ-informations....

it´s difficult for me to work in foreign language.

I'm not very proficient in the english language. some phrases are too complicated for me,
to understand or to exquisite from the context.
i´ve to translate many passages,

 - have to use a translation-tool -

and then i´m not sure if i ´ve understood them correctly or if the translation is correct.

but now...

trying to repair the mbam...

i´ll be back ...

                      to give feedback-informations.

OK.

That sounds fine.

Please let us know if you are able to fix MBAM with the re-installation.

If not, just post back here with the requested logs when you are ready.

P.S. Yes, I understand that the FAQ might be hard to follow for a non-native speaker.  We just provide that link to everyone as a resource. No worries.

hello again,

in my case it was possible to re-install MBAM with the above named step 1, MBAM clean removal prozess 2x-

actually i did a scan with the MBAM (Trial).

Result:

"scan completed succesfully. no malicious items were detected."

i still have to upgrade to mbam-premum with id and key.

Hi:

Excellent!

Yes, if you already have a license ID and key, you just need to "activate" MBAM to convert it to the paid, Premium version.

Here is a video that shows how to do that: How do I activate Malwarebytes Anti-Malware?

Essentially, you just follow these three steps:

  1. Click the "Activate" link in the dashboard.
  2. Enter the license ID and Key into the fields (be very careful to enter the correct numbers and letters, without any extra spaces)
    1. The ID will be in this format: XXXXX-XXXXX, and the key will be in this format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
  3. Click the "Activate" button and wait a few seconds for the program to contact the servers

Please post back and let us know if you need more help.

Thanks,
