IIS 7.5 Issue

I am having some issues with installing the Remediation Tool on my host which happens to be a VM.  I initially ran the setup as administrator then after about 30 mins of it running I felt that it was not doing anything so I stoped the installation process and then restarted it (only to later find in the log that it was doing something, I just didn't realize it).  Once I restarted it I started to receive the error message:

"Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\JEREMY~1.ZEL\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDB3E0.tmp\IISExpress7.5\IISExpress_x86_En-US.msi' has changed since it was initially published."

"See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\JEREMY~1.ZEL\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDB3E0.tmp\install.log' for more information."

I tried removing the folders that it created in the Temp folder but that has not remediated the issue.  Each time I have made an attempt to install the Remediation Tool, a different folder gets created in the Temp folder.  I am installing the Remeditation tool on a Win7x32 VM.

Any advice or solution to this issue is greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forum Jeremy.

From the logs and the failed IIS Express install it seems that what you are trying to install is the Malwarebytes Management Console. The console manages "MBAM for Business", "MBAE for Business" and "Malwarebytes Endpoint Security" which are all active protection products.

The MBAM Remediation Tool does not include the console and is basically a portable version of MBAM which can be copied to a USB drive or executed across the network for disinfection of infected endpoints.

Please check your welcome email to clarify which solution(s) you purchased first as it seems that you might be trying to install a different product.
