well i had the free version and upgraded to premium but it wont do the real time protection.it says press this to fix it but nothing happens,iv ticked the real time boxes and still nothing.should i uninstall and re install?.i put a ticket in but id l;ike to sort it myself.i had a free premium before it ran out and it was superb .plz help

When I do a system restore I get the same problem. What I do to fix that is to re-download Malwarebytes and install it on the same place as I did the first time, this way it should 'fix' itself. It has worked for me several times.

Other than posting in the wrong section I see from your screenshot you have avast and norton installes there. you need to remove one or another. I will ask a mod to move your topic.
