Does anti-exploit permantly block something?

I'm trying to run android studios and when I turn it on for the first time it ran another program called gradle. anti-exploit blocked it from starting up. I've since disabled anti-exploit and tried many things to try to get gradle to work properly but I'm still getting the same error. Did anti-exploit create some change that caused this error to happen?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

To answer your initial question, no, anti-exploit doesn't block something permanently. If it considers a specific action exploit-like behavior it will block it over and over. It does not modify applications either.

I think from the description either android studios or gradle figured it couldn't run the first time and then modified themselves somehow to run differently and/or prevent it from running again. My suggestion would be to re-install both android studios and then gradle and try to run them again.

Also the upcoming MBAE 1.04 fixes this problem. You might want to give that a try:
