How to add exclusions between MBAM and Windows Defender

I tried following this guide but I cannot mbamgui.exe I think that's because the guide is based on the older MBAM?

 

I found 2 new exe files so I added them but I am not sure if I should have:

 

Also, in MBAM, can you tell me what are the step by step instructions to set the exclusions for Windows Defender?

I added the Windows Defender to MBAM exclusion lists

 

is that right? to add the entire folder? or shall I just add the Windows defender.exe?

 

Why are there 2 folders for Windows defender? one 32 bit and the other 64 bit in program files / program files (x86)

 

shall I excluse both?.
