Hello e071460:

Probably in the current order of likelihood, please check these items:

    • Check that "Detected Threats" are not pending action. Please single left-click the "Scan" button, at the top of the MBAM2 GUI, to verify that no threats await the user's action.
    • Check that your Anti-Virus, and system's firewall, give MBAM2 full permissions. Your Anti-Virus, or system's firewall, might be detecting MBAM2 as a threat and may be blocking it. The files that may need to be excluded are found >>HERE<<.
    • Check that your Window's system date, time and time zone settings are correct.

      • If the above checks have not resolved your issue:
      1. Try the following and let us know if this corrects your issue: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x.
      2. If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
      3. The 3 files, from Step 2, to be individually attached (and not compressed) from your desktop are: CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt.
      4. NOTE: There is an FAQ section with valuable information located in Common Questions, Issues, and their Solutions.
      5. Please let us know the status of your issue in a reply to this thread.
        Thank You. :)
