Suspected Virus - Admin rights revoked

Hi - I have been experiencing some issues with my PC: certain programs like Revo Uninstaller and other antivirus scan tools give me the error "you must be logged in as an admin", etc. I know I do have admin rights, and i just have a bad feeling about this.

 

Malwarebytes shows that I have two malicious items: PUP.OPTIONAL.OUTBROWSE

 

I quarentine these successfully, but each time i run the program, i get the same two files quarentined.

 

I can't install adware, any microsoft security essentials, etc. - they all say i need to be an admin to run. I know that this can't be right because just trying to remove some programs using control panel add/remove says i need admin rights to do this.

 

Also, I noticed under task manager I have some odd items at the top (winlogon.exe, csrss.exe) I know these look liek normal processes, but the fact that I get denied access to end them and that I can't see any properties, etc, is very concerning.
