Error after update

Hello

I have rescued my old computer (WXp) because the new one has just broken. I have updated the SP3 for work with skype, and when I tried to use MB, after update it (after 349 days) I find an error when I open it. The error says:

 

Runtime error!

 

Program: C:/Program Foles/Malware[...] /mbam.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in a unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

 

What I could do? After this, MB closes.  I would be very happy in the answers could be in spanish!

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

Thanks for the fast response! So, I should have to uninstall the MBAM and execute the clean removal tool to? so sorry, but my english comprension is very poor!

Just use the mbam-clean tool and that should take care of the uninstall, then proceed with the rest of the instructions....
