roberthpz1982 Posted August 20, 2014 ID:868666 Share Posted August 20, 2014 Hello dear users, I would like to say a several things regarding the problem of updates offline.I think Malwarebytes is the best antimalware, with release of version 2.xx, the percent of detention has been increase close to 99.9%, but is very important try to find a way to update the definitions rules version 2, at least a couple of times per month. It is not my point try to compare this wonderful software with the rest, but we had failed in this area in comparison with other antimalware software; they release updates offline even every four days for registered and free user.It is my humble opinion with a lot of respect, with the only idea to perform and increase the quality of our Products. No all the user and computer technicians have internet access, to use the automatic updates in the right time, when we need to perform a deep clean of malwares.I really appreciate your help and cooperation regarding my request, I am sure I am not the only one with the same petition. Thanks for your excellent work. gonzo Posted August 20, 2014 ID:868689 Share Posted August 20, 2014 Actually, there is something else at play on your computer. Definition updates come out at least 8 times per day, if not more. There are known issues with people having difficulty receiving updates. We're working on that! There are also bad installations, as well as inability to update due to problems on the affected computers themselves. Download mbam_clean from Malwarebytes, that will allow you to do a full uninstall, then download and install a fresh copy of Malwarebytes. If that does not fix the problem for you, you should download FRST and run it. It will generate log files that experts can use to tell you if there is a problem on your system. I hope this helps to start getting your problem fixed. Others much more knowledgeable on the subject than me will be able to help you further.
